´Divertículos esofágicos parabrónquicos
Resumen:
Three observations of parabronchial esophageal diverticula are reported. Esophageal dysperistalsís seemsto he the most important etiopathogenic factor. The conáition may be. asymptomatic, or may become manifcst through complications, mainly diverticulitis. Inother cases they mask sone other associated pathology. They may usually be controlled with a well led medical treatment ( diet, antispasmodic drugs, eventuallydilations). Surgery is required in cases- of associated lesions or serious complications ( dysphagia, bleeding, fistulization).
Se presenfan 3 observaciones de, divertículos esofágicos pambrónquicos. La disperistalsis esofágica, parece ser el factor etiopatogénico más importante. A ve, ces asintomáticos, pueden manifestarse por complicaciones, sobre todo diverticulitis. Otras veces ocultan alguna otra pa.tología asociada. Pueden controlarse en general con un tratamiento médico bien conducido(dieta, antiespasmódicos, eventualmente dilataciones). La operación se plantea frente a lesiones asociad-as o comulicaciones graves (disfagia, sangrado, fistulización).
