The choledocolithiasis unsuspected has descended itsincidence to figures below 5% in world literature.The autors study its frecuency in'a serie of 101cholecistectomies. A cholangiography study waspractised in 76 of them, and 4 cases of choledocolithiasiswere found.


La litiasis coledociana insospechada, ha descendido suincidencia hasta cifras menores de 5% en la literaturamundial.Los autores estudian su frecuencia en una serie de 101colecistectomizados de coordinación, de los cuales a 76se efectuó la colangiografía operatoria. En los mismos seencontraron 4 casos de litiasis coledociana.
