Heridas cardiopericárdicas en hospitales de media complejidad: Nuestra experiencia
Resumen:
Eight operated patients are shown, undergoing opencardiopericardial wounds. Those operations wereperformed in the Emergency and Surgery Service alMunicipal Moran Hospital during 1980 and 1990.Preoperative status type os wound, associated lesionssurgical tactique and technique ald morbimortality, wereconsidered further considerations were made on historyof cardiopericardial on open trhauma surgery.
Se presentan 8 casos de pacientes intervenidosquirúrgicamente por presentar heridas cardiopericárdicasabiertas, recibidos y operados por el Servicio de Cirugíay Emergencia del Hospital Municipal de Morón, entre losaños de 1980 y 1990. En éstos se compara el estadopreoperatorio, tipo de herida, lesiones asociadas a lasmismas, tácticas quirúrgicas y morbimortalidad. Sehacen consideraciones sobre la historia de la cirugíacardiopericárdica por traumatismos abiertos en precordio.
