Hidatidosis hepática a gran crecimiento perifoneal: A propósito de un caso

Authors present a case of non-complicated hepatichydatidosis with great peritoneal growth. The interest iscentered on the rarity of this presentation form; diagnostica!difficulties in spite of paraclinical advances, echographyand tomography, and the need of a bibliographicalrevision on this gradually less frequent presentationform, and its successful treatment.
Se presenta un caso de hidatidosis hepática nocomplicada, a gran crecimiento peritoneal. El interésse centra: en la rareza de esta forma de presentación,las dificultades diagnósticas a pesar de los adelantosparaclínicos: tomografía y ecografía, la necesidad deuna revisión bibliográfica sobre esta forma de presentacióncada menos frecuente y su tratamiento exitoso.
