Resumen:
A case of severe esophageal stenosis due to reflux ·csophagitis, with esophageal shortening and Barrett.'s ulcer was treated with the procedure of fundic patch describedby Thal, with satisfactory long-term results. The present work discusses the different techniques proposed to solve this situation.
Un caso de estenosis esofágica grave por esofagitis por reflujo, con ·acortamiento esofágico y úlce·ra de Barrett fue tratado con el procedimientodel parche fúnrdico descrito por Thal, con buena evolución alejada. Se discuten las diversas técnicas propuesta.s yara solucionar esta situación.
