The paper describes surgical activity in theEmergency Unit of Po/ice Hospital, consideredthrough an experience involving Residents. Thispaper is targeted at analyzing the training of Residentsin general surgery at the Po/ice Hospital suchas provided therein, by quantifying and qualifyngthe surgical procedures carried out by surgical trainees,taking ínto account their number, degree ofcomplexíty and tutoríng ínvolved.
Se describe la actividad quirúrgica del Departamentode Emergencias del Hospital Policial, através de la experiencia recabada con Residentes.Es el objetivo de nuestra comunicación analizarla formación de Residentes de cirugía generalen el Hospital Policial de acuerdo a lo que esteúltimo les brinda para ello, cuantificando y calificandolas cirugías realizadas por un cirujano enformación de acuerdo a su número, grado de complejidad,y tutoría en las mismas.
