The authors have attemped to presentangiographic and anatomopathologic diagnostic elements, as illustrated by 2 cases. Diagnosis is madealmost exclusively through mesenteric arteriographyand its anatomopathologic confirmation demands notonly a specialized technique but, above al1, coordinationbetween Surgeon, Radiologist and Anatomopathologist, for correct handling of the anatomic specimen.
