Description of a case of crural hernia post aortobifemoralby-pass, in a patient that had been operated of anhomolateral crural hernia, which is an exceptional occurrencein this veriety of hernia. Studied are the pathologyand treatment of same.
Se presenta un caso de hernia crural aparecido luegode by pass aorto-bifemoral, en una paciente previamenteoperada de hernia crural homolateral, situación excepcionaldentro de esta variedad de hernia. Se hace unestudio de su patología y de su tratamiento.
