Resumen:
It must be etiopathogenic, aimed at correcting predisposing factors, such as dilation of the hemorrhoidal plexuses and reducing the time of the upright position and improving theprecipitating factors, such as permanent or transient increase in hypertension of these plexuses, anitis, and sphincter hypertonia.
Debe ser etiopatogénico dirigido a corregir los factores predisponentes, como ser la dilatación de los plexos hemorroidarios y disminuir el tiempo de posición erecta y mejorar losfactores precipitantes, tales como el aumento permanente o transitorio de la hipertensión de esos plexos, la anitis y la hipertonía esfinteriana.
