Resumen:
Between March 1991 and october 1995, 277cholecistectomies were performed by meansof laparoscopy by the same author at thesame center. Preoperative retrogradeendoscopic cholangiography was indicated infive patients with suspicion of lithiasis of themain biliar vía with only one lithiasisconfirmation and extraction.Se!ective intraoperative cholangiography wasperformed in 64 patients (23%); lithiasis of themain biliar vía was found in six patients
En el período marzo de 1991 a octubre de1995, se realizaron 277 colecistectomías porvía faparoscópica por el autor en un mismocentro asistencial. Se indicó colangiografíaendoscópica retrógrada preoperatoria encinco pacientes por sospecha de litiasis en lavía biliar principal, con una solacomprobación de litiasis y su extracción.Se realizó colangiografía intraoperatoriaselectiva en 64 pacientes (23%),encontrándose litiasis de la vía biliar principalen seis pacientes.
