Rescate de fístulas arteriovenosas protésicas trombosadas
Resumen:
The authors ana!yse the results of 21 rescueprocedures of thrombosed arterio-venousfístulas (AVF) in 1 O patíents, obtaining a high global percentage of rescue (76%) in spíte ofthe thrombosis in sorne cases.Effectiveness was greater whenthrombectomy was accompanied bycorrection of anatomical abnormalitiesgeneral/y situated at the leve/ of the venousanastomosis.The authors poínt out the importance ofidentifyíng anatomica/ abnormalitíes in theA VF, mainly by mea ns of intraoperativephlebography, and its treatment simu/taneousto thrombectomy.
Se analizan los resultados de 21procedimientos de recuperación de fístulasarteríovenosas (FA V) protésicas trombosadasen 1 O pacientes, obteniendo un altoporcentaje global de rescate de las FAV (76%},a pesar del tiempo de evolución prolongadode la trombosis en algunos casos.La efectividad fue mayor cuando latrombectomía se acompañó de la correcciónde un defecto anatómico topografíado engeneral a nivel de la anastomosis venosa.Se destaca la importancia de la identificaciónde los defectos anatómicos en la FA V,fundamentalmente con flebografíaintraoperatoria, y su tratamientoconcomitante con la trombectomía.
