Infecciones graves de partes blandas: estudio analítico general a propósito de 41 casos

Torterolo, Edgardo - Morelli Brum, Raúl - Silva, Celso

Resumen:

The authors review 41 cases of serious infectionsof soft parts, their frequency has increased within thelast few years due to the fact that more complex patients,- with lower defences in local sector or inE. TORTEROLO Y COL.general, are now being treated, thus increasing the possibilityof invasion by germs which had, until now, been considered as having low pathogenic potency andbeing generalJy symbiotic. The only treatment thatmay save the patients' life is surgery, with wide incisionsand ample resection of devitalized tissues.Death-rate is connected with sepsis and its multiviséeralrepercussions.
