Hemangiomas gigantes del músculo esquelético
Resumen:
We report two cases of skeletal muse/e haemangioma,one of them of the trapezoid muse/e andthe other paravertebral muse/es. They were teatedby a block rection of the tumour and the muse/e among them. They were treated by a block resectionof the tumour and the muse/e among them.The outcome was favourab/e without seque/ae. Acomplete review was done and dagnostic, treatmentand outcome aspects were established. Weconclude that the possibiity of a muse/e haemangiomamust be suspected in evey case and thebest study is the RMN. The standard treatment isblock resection without radica/ity because the benignnature of the tumour.
Se presentan los casos clínicos de dos pacientescon Hemangiomas del músculo esquelético localizadosuno de elos en el músculo trapecio y el otroa nivel de la gotera paravertebral. El tatamientoen ambos casos fue la resección en bloque deltumor con pate del músculo que lo envuelve, siendola evolución favorable, sin secuelas funciona/es. Se realiza una revisión bibliográica del temay se establecen las pautas fundamentales en cuantoa diagnóstico, tatamiento y control evolutivo deesta enfermedad de baja incidencia.
