Aneurisma calcificado de la arteria hepática propia: endarterectomía, colecistectomía
Resumen:
A case of calcified aneurym of the hepatic artery is discussed which from the cholecystographical point of view showed as a calculus lodged in the cystic canal. It was solved surgically by performing an endarterectomy and reconstruction of the arterial wall. Excellent postoperatory recovery of the (female) patient.
Se presenta un caso de aneurisma calcificado de la arteria hepática, que desde el punto de vista colecistográfico se había interpretado como un· cálculo alojado en el cístico y que se resolvió quirúrgicamente con una endarterectomía y reconstitución de la pared arterial. Excelente evolución de la paciente.
