case of total cystheétomy is presented, with placing of a bi-ureteral-vesicai-urethral prosthesis (artificial bladder) designed and constructed by us, in a patient 83 years old, who presented a carcinoma of the trigonus, ulcerated and bleeding.She was previously given, unsuccessfuly, embolizing therapy, and continued with profuse hemorrages, with lead to hematocrit findings as low as 16 %. Good course, with psychophysic recovery, with good toleration and normal renal function during 3 ½ months.Death occurs by stroke of ischemic origin.

Prentación de un caso de cistectomia total, e implantación de una prótesis bi - uretero - vesico - uretral (vejiga a,tificial) diseñada y construída por los autores. Se trata de una paciente de 83 años portadora de un carcinoma trigonal ulcerado y sangrante, tratado previamente sin éxito con terapia embolizante.Buena evolución, con recuperación psicofísica, buena tolerancia y buena funcionalidad renal durante 3 ½ meses. Fallece posteriormente debido a accidente vascular encefálico.
