Valor de la anisocariosis en el citograma del nódulo tiroideo, como signo presuntivo de cáncer
Resumen:
The diagnostica/ value of anisocariosis far thyroid cancer isanalysed in a series of 1 77 operated patients with definitiveanatomo--pathological study. lt is concluded that thiscytological alteration is more frequent in benign nodu/esthan in cancer. with a positive predictive value of 31.8%.
Se analiza el valor diagnóstico de la anisocariosis para elcáncer tiroideo en una serie de 177 enfermos operados ycon estudio anatomopatológico definitivo. Se concluye quedicha alteración citológica es más frecuente en los nódulosbenignos que en el cáncer con un valor predictivo positivode 31.8%.
