Resumen:
Cysc tumors of pancreas are rare lesion, whichpresent dificulty upon diagnosis as to their nature,whether neop/asic or inlammatoy and anatomopatho/ogic type. lt is essential that this be determinedin the preoperative stage so as to adopta corect theapeutic conduct, although this is notalways possible.
Los tumores quísticos del páncreas son lesionespoco frecuentes, que plantean dificultadesdiagnósicas en cuanto a su naturaleza, neoplásicao inlamatoria y tipo anatomopatológico. Determinar/o en el preoperatorio es prioritario para aptaruna conducta terapéutia correcta, aunque estono siempre es posible. Se presentan 4 casos deneoplasias quísticas del páncreas asistidos porlos autores en el Hospital Policial en el transcusode los años 2003-2004.
