lntroduction: There is no consensus as to themanner of implementing follow-up in the case ofpatients who have undergone curative surgery forcolonic cancer (CC). Oftentimes it is exhaustive,entai/s unnecessary and excessive monitoring andconsiderable out/ay in health procedures. The ideabehind this study is to set up guidelines for thetollow-up of patients who have undergone surgeryfor co/onic cancer (CC), by drawing up a protoco/based o scientific evidence and the experience ofour working group.
Introducción: no existe consenso en la formaen que debe realizarse el seguimiento de los pacientesoperados curativa mente de cáncer colónico(CC). Es frecuente que el mismo sea exhaustivo,causando innecesaria sobre vigilancia y considerablecosto sanitario. El objetivo de este estudioes pautar el seguimiento de los pacientes operadosde CC, confeccionando un protocolo basadoen la evidencia científica y la experiencia denuestro grupo de trabajo
