Resumen:
This paper is a contínuation of a previous statistical study and lists the várious advantages of partíal oral anastomosis as compared to total oral anastomosis in Billroth II type ulcus. A series of physiopathological hypothesis are put forth.
Como continuación del trabajo estadístico previo, el autor enumera' las diferentes ventajas que tiene la anastomosis oral parcial frente a la oral total, en lasgastrectomías por ulcus tipo Billroth II. Se exponen . una serie de hipótesis fisiopatológicas.
