Small bowel occlusion in the immediate postoperative period of total gastrectomy
Oclusión de intestino delgado en el posoperatorio inmediato de gastrectomía total
Resumen:
Three patients who had undergone total gastrectomy presented occlusion of the small intestine in the postoperative which made it necessary to reoperate. In two cases gastric cancers had been resected and in the third one gastrectomy had been of necessity because of a bleeding juxta-cardial ulcer.
Tres pacientes a los cuales se le habfa practicado gastrectomfa total hicieron oclusión de intestino delgado en el posoperatorio que obligó a reintervenirlos.A dos de ellos se le resecaron cánceres gástricos y al otro se le realizó una gastrectomía de necesidad por úlcera yuxtacardial sangrante.
