Adenocarcinoma multicéntrico del intestino delgado perforado
Resumen:
A brief clinical and pathological review of the adenocarcinomas of the small bowel is made, pointing out the most important synthoms and signs.A contribution is made to the National Series of a new case of primitive adenocarcinoma of the small bowel, which stands out for being multicentric andmanifesting itself by peritonitis, due to tumoral perforation.
Se realiza una breve revis1on clínico-patológica de los adenocarcinomas del intestino delgado, destacando los síntomas y signos más importantes.Se hace el aport,e a la casuística nacional de un nuevo caso de adenocarcinoma primitivo del intestino delgado, el cual se destaca por ser multicéntrico y manifestarse poruna peritonitis por perforación tumoral.
