Bilio-Cutaneous fistula and cholecisto- digestive double fistula in a regastrectomized patient due to gastric cancer
Fístula bilio-cutánea y doble fístula colecisto-digestiva de un regastrectomizado por cáncer gástrico
Resumen:
.A re-gastrectomized patient because of cancer of thegastric stump presented a cholecisto-colonic double fistula preceded by a biliar ileus and obstruction by anintraluminal foreign body that was treated with colonicdelivery. Later the patient prsented a cholecistocutaneousfistula; biliar stones appeared through it, whichmade diagnosis possible. Double biliar fistulas are uncommon,and triple ones such as this case are exceptional.
Un regastrectomizado por cáncer de muñón gástricopresentó una doble fístula colecisto-colónica precedidade un íleo-biliar y obstrucción por cuerpo extraño intraluminalque fue tratada con parto al colon.Ulteriormente estableció una fístula colecisto-cutáneapor la cual aparecieron cálculos biliares que permitieronhacer el diagnóstico.Las fístulas biliares dobles son raras y las triples comoésta son excepcionales.
