Empalamiento de recto. Conducta quirúrgica: a propósito de un caso
Resumen:
A new case of rectal penetrating wound, a highly lethal condition, a is reported. The surgical management is discussed: repair of the rectal wound and peritoneal and extraperitoneal drainage. Colostomy was not performed. The post-operative course was satisfactory.
Se presenta un caso de empalamiento rectal, entidad de gravedad manifiesta. Se plantea el tratamiento efectuado: sutura de la herida rectal y drenaje de la cavidad peritoneal, y espacio subperitoneal sin colostomía y la justificación del mismo. Evolución postoperatoria satisfactoria.
