Resumen:
When, in the course of a Laparotomy, a presumed or clearly neoplastic ascites is found, following a serous diffusion of an abdominal neoplasm, the event poses some behavioral problems for the surgeon, which we are going to analyze.
Cuando en el curso de una Laparotomía se constata una ascitis, presunta o claramente neoplásica, ,consecutiva a una difusión serosade un neoplasma abdominal, el hecho plantea al cirujano algunos problemas de conducta, que vamos a analizar.
