This is an infrequent tumoral pathologydescribed in 1960 and named by the WHO as"epithelioid leiomyomas". They are circumscribed, without capsule, f/eshy, of varied size, composedby nodules of fusiform ce/Is and round ones ofepithelioid type. Surgical treatment consisting oflesion resection with enough margin cures thebenign cases while malignan! ones recidive armetastasize in 63% of the cases.
