A patient had a rare clinical case of McKittrickand Wheelock syndrome consisting of a hypersecretingvilliferous adenoma accompanied bydehydration, dysiony and renal insufficiency.
Presentamos un caso clínico del poco frecuenteSíndrome de Me. Kittrick y Wheelock, se tratade una paciente con un adenoma velloso hipersecretoracompañado de deshidratación, disionía einsuficiencia renal. Se exponen los mecanismos fisiopatológicosde tal síndrome, así como los principiosde diagnóstico y tratamiento médico-quirúrgicoaceptados actualmente haciendo, una revisiónde la literatura internacional
