A neoplasm of the tranverse right large bowel fistuli•zed in the caecum is presentad. This anatomical varietyof tumor is of low rate in both national and foreign serles.At five months a second look was performed with•out flnding residual tumor, with good evolution untilpresent.
Se presenta un neoplasma del colon transverso derechoflstulizado en el ciego, variedad anatómica pocofrecuente en las estadísticas extranjera y nacional consultada,con un "Second look" a los 5 meses que nomostró diseminación metastásica y con buena evoluciónhasta el momento actual.
