Non-specific acute abdominal pain

Dolor abdominal agudo no específico

Guicheff, Vladimir - Ferreira, Ciro

Resumen:

By non-specific abdominal pain it is designated painin respect of which it is lmpossible to determine towhat known classification it belongs. The high frequencyof same, ranging from 24 and 49% in statisticaldata consulted, merits to be taken into account whendeciding upon procedures. Decisions in that respectshould result from a complete clinical examination ofthe patient and a discerning ponderation of auxiliarymethods available, to permit a decrease in the numberof unnecesary interventions. Certain axioms of interventionismconcerning the acute abdomen should berestated in view of the high rate of morbimortality inblank laparotomy.

Su frecuencia, comprendida entre·el 24 y el 49%, de las estadísticas consultadas, es tal,que debe ser tenido en cuenta, por las decisiones aadoptar. Esta surgirá de un completo examen clíni
