Resumen:
Authors describe a case of hemobilia whose etiologicaldiagnosis was made during an urgent laparotomy inthe case of a proper hepatic artery aneurysm opened intothe choledochus. They analyse etiology, clinical presentation,diagnostic methods, surgical procedures andprognosis of the afore mentioned aneurysms.
Se describe un caso de hemobilia cuyo diagnósticoetiológico se realizó durante la lapárotomía de urgenciacorrespondiendo a un aneurisma de la artería hepáticapropia abierto en el colédoco. Se analizan la etiología, elcuadro clínico, los métodos diagnósticos, los procedimientosquirúrgicos y el pronóstico de estos aneurismas.
