Review of polycystic liver and report of one voluminous case treated by fenestration surgery, which subsequentlyrecurred, accompanied by incapacitating hepatomegaly. Since externa} segments of classic left lo bewere healthy, surgery consisted of hepatectomy enlarged to Segment IV.
Los autores hacen una revisión del hígado poliquístico y presentan un caso de voluminoso hígado poliquístico que recidiva luego de la operaciónde fenestración eón una hepatomegalia incapacitante.
