Ruptura de aneurisma de tronco basilar en el postoperatorio del clipado de un aneurisma silviano
Resumen:
An unfrequent case of rupture of a basilar artery aneurysm three days after successful clipping of a middle cerebral artery aneurysm is presented. Death occured due to massive intraventricular hemorrhage by perforation of the floor of the III ventricle.
Se presenta un raro caso de ruptura de un aneurisma de tronco basilar en el postoperatorio de un aneurisma silviano derecho-, clipado con éxito, que produjo la muerte del paciente por inundación ventricular por perforación delpiso del III ventrículo.
