Traumatic knife injury portal vein and common bile duct
Lesión traumática por arma blanca de la vena porta y del colédoco
Resumen:
A report is presented of a case of traumatic lesiontrom stabbing of the hepatic pedicle, Jesion of theportal ve_in and of the common bi/e duct. The lesionof the portal vein was so/ved by means ofvenoraphy and that of the principal bile waythrough a hepatic Jejunostomy calibrated by atranshepatic tube in seton. We have not found thelatter procedure dealt with by the literatureconsulted.
Presentación de un caso de lesión traumática porarma blanca del pedículo hepático: lesión de lavena porta y del colédoco. La lesión de la venaporta fue solucionada mediante una venorrafía y lade la vía biliar principal efectuando unahepático-yeyunostomía calibrada por un tubotranshepático en sedal. Este último procedimientono Jo hemos encontrado referido en la literaturaconsultada.
