A case of severe digestive hemorrhage by complicated jejunal diverticulitis is presented. The infrequency of this entity, and its complications, are remarked.Sorne considerations are maéie about the etiology, usefulness of explorative enterotomy in order to locate the sourc e of bleeding.
Se presenta un caso clínico d,e hemorragia digestiva grave por diverticulitis yeyunal complicada. Se destaca lo infrecuente de esta entidad y su complicaciÓ!ll. Se hacen consideracionesacerca de la etiopatlogenia, cuadro clínico y tratamiento, insistiéndose en la.i utilidad de· la enterotomía exploradora para localizar la fuente de sangrado.
