Resumen:

We present a case of traumatic perforation of the esophagus at the level of the cervico-thoracic passage treated early by cervical esophagotomy, drainage and gastrostomy. Successful evolution.

Presentamos un caso de perforación traumática de esófago a nivel del pasaje cérvico-torácico  tratado precozmente por esofagotomía cervical, dreanje y gastrostomía. Evolución exitosa.
