The Digestive Extramucous one Layer Sutures, with the Technic and Materials employed in Vascular Surgery

Resumen:
This paper reports the experience of 3 surgeons who have separately performed 100 consecutive sutures ofdigestive tube by applying vascular suture techniques and material, in extramucous layer. The following aspects should be stressed: The sutureshould only serve to unite. Technical details: vascular suture materiaf is employed and surgery is performed with the minutenessand care which characterize vascular surgery. Results: low postoperatory morbility, as compared td traditional suture techniques; no deaths attributable to complications arising from suture failure, with technique described.
Se presenta la experiencia de tres cirujanos quienes trabajando aisladamente realizaron 100 suturas consecutivas del tubo diges,tivo contécnica y material de sutura vascular, en un plano extramucoso. Se destacan: en los fundamentos, el hecho deque la sutura de,be cumplir sólo con el rol de unir; en los detalles de la técnica, el uso de material de sutura vascular y minuci,osidad ycuidados de cirugía vascular,; en los resultados,, la llamativa baja morbilidad del p.ostoperatorioa diferencia de la morbilidad a oue estaban habituados los autores usando las técnicas tradicionales de sutura y la mortalidad nula atribuiblea complicaciones por falla de sutura con la técnica que se describe.
