Diagnóstico preoperatorio de las ictericias colostáticas "problema"
Resumen:
Authors analyze a series ol 26 palients effected by"problem" cholostatic jaundice. Differential diagnosisbetween "medica!" and "surgical" jaundice was establishedin all cases by the use of a modified forma ofS. Sherloct's algorhythmic scheme. The etiologicaldiagnosis was: Biliary cancer: 9 cases; choledocho•lithiasis: 5 cases; cirrhosis: 3 cases; panc;reatic cancer,lntrinsec biliary compression, chronic pancreatitis andhepatitis: 2 cases each; and cirrhosis associated withcholedocholithiasls: 1 case.
Los autores analizan una serie de 26 enfermos porta•dores de una ictericia colostática "problema". Eldiagnóstico diferencial entre Ictericia "médica" y"quirúrgica" fue establecido en todos los casos medianteel empleo del esquema algorítmico de S. Sher•lock modificado. El diagnóstico etiológico fue: cáncerbillar, 9 casos; coledocoUtiasis, 5 casos; cirrosis, 3 casos;cáncer pancreático, compresión biliar extrínseca,pancreatitis crónica y hepatitis 2 casos cada uno ycirrosis asociada a coledocolitiasis, 1 caso.
