¿Colecistitis xantogranulomatosa o cáncer de vesícula?
Resumen:
The authors present three patients who wereoperated with clínica/ and imageno!ogicaldiagnosis of cancer of the gal/ bladder (CGB)who underwent a wide visceral resection withoncological criteria, but with patho/ogydiagnosis of xanthogranulomatouscho/ecystitis (XGC). XGC is a low incidenceinflammatory disease (0,7% to 1,2%) whosemain interest is differentíal diagnosis withCGB, even during surgical exploration; this isextreme/y dífficult in the presence of severeinflammatory changes
Se presentan tres pacientes operados condiagnóstico clínico e imagenológico de cáncerde vesícula biliar (CVB), en los cuales serealizó una resección visceral amplía, concriterio oncológíco; pero el estudioanatomopato!ógíco mostró una colecístítísxantogranulomatosa (CXG).
