Reparación de defectos parietales abdominales con duramadre
Resumen:
Analysis of viabiilty in use of homologous dura mater for closing abdominal gaps. It is easy to sterilyze,obtain and preserve, serving well its purpose of holding and isolating when placed between abdominal cavityand exterior. Satisfactory biological and surgical results were obtained in the 15 dogs studied.
Se analiza la viabilid,ad del uso de duramadre homóloga en brechas abdominales. Demostrada su fácil obtención, esterilización y conservación;se comporta como un buen medio de contención y de aislamiento de la cavidad abdominal con el exterior.
