Two cases of colonic biliar ileus lead the authors to arevision of the subject. They emphasize the fact that bi•liar ileus have features that differenciate them fromeach other, which is why the preoperative diagnosis isexceptional, particularly because of the rareness of thecolonic localization.
Dos casos de ileo biliar colónico (I.B.C.), lleva a losautores a una revisión del tema. Destacan que todo I.B.,tiene rasgos que los diferencian entre si, por lo cual eldiagnóstico preoperatorio es excepcinal, muy especialmentepor la rareza de la localización colónica.
