Resumen:
A patient had suffered bullet wounds in the lower vena cava and right ureter and diagnosis was not esta blished immediately.In such cases it is convenient to attempt a primary approach on retroperitoneal hematomas.
Se presenta una observación de herida de bala de la vena cava inferior y del uréter derecho tardíamente diagnosticadas.Se insiste en el interés del abordaje primario de los hematomas retroperitoneales.
