Conducta diagnóstica y terapéutica en las heridas vasculares
Resumen:
In considering vascular wounds, the author summarizes anatomoclinical characteristics of middle neck and insists on the need of going beyond anatomicallimits in order to reach vascular and aerodigestive lesions. Both clinical and paraclinical aspects are discussed, stressing the importance of arteriography. Otheraspects include surgical opportunity. approach, duration of clamping and counterindications to repair. Emphasis is laid on the need to resect arterial borders in woundscaused by firearms.
Se dan las características anatomoclínicas de cuello medio. Se expresa la necesidad de escapar de los límites anatómicos con el fin de exponer las lesionesvasculares y aerodigestivas. Se exponen las características clínicas y paraclínicas resaltando la importancia de la arteriografía. Se hacen consideraciones de oportunidadoperatoria, abordaje, duración del clampeo y contraindicaciones para la reparación. Se hace énfasis en la necesidad de resecar los bordes arteriales cuando se trata de una lesión por arma de fuego.
