Resumen:

The plastico-adherential biological response topolyetilene prosthetic meshes of the intraperitoneal Mar/etype with and without epiplum covering was studiedexperimental/y. In a short time expensive, persisten/, firmvisceral adhesions were formed as a reaction to theuncovered mesh, the covered mesh and its epipfumcovering remains clear. Results were analysed by meansof statistic tests and conclusions were presented


Se estudió experimentalmente la respuesta biológicaplástico-adherencia! a las mallas protésicas depolietileno tipo Mar/ex intraperitoneales con y sinrecubrimiento con epiplón mayor. Se obtuvo en un cortolapso la formación de adherencias viscerales firmes,persistentes y extensas a la malla descubierta, conindemnidad de la malla cubierta y del epiplón que lacubría. Se analizaron los resultados mediante testsestadísticos y se extrajeron conclusiones.
