Death caused by massive hemorrhage.Description of a case of spontaneous rupture of theesophagus, causing death by massive hemorrhage, asa consequence of ulceration of the thoracic aorta re•sulting from decubitus ulcer originated by a drainagetube.
Se presenta un caso de perforación espontánea deesófago que fallece por hemorragia masiva, por ulceraciónde la aorta torácica consecutiva a una úlcera pordecúbito, por tubo de drenaje.
