Lipomatosis pancreática
Resumen:
Description of two cases of pancreatic lipomatosis, secondary to chronic pancreatitis, one of them having been treated surgically. Pointed out its extremely rare occurence, obscure etiopathogeny and difficulties for the diagnosis. Stressed the importance of computerized axial tomography.
Se presentan dos casos de lipomatosis pancreática, secundarios a pancreatitis crónica, uno de ellos intervenido quirúrgicamente, destacándose su extrema rareza, su etiopatogenia oscura, y las dificultades diagnósticas resaltándose la importancia de la tomografía axial computarizada y la laparotomía.
