The authors present a case of digestive bleeding ofobscure origin due to vascular malformation of the upperjejunum. They make considerations on the entity anddescribe pre and intraoperative diagnostic methods andcome to the conclusion that pre and intraoperativeendoscopy is the procedure of election in theirmanagement.
Se presenta un caso de hemorragia digestiva de origenoculto por malformación vascular de yeyuno alto. Serealizan consideraciones patológicas sobre la entidad y sedescriben los métodos de diagnóstico pre e intraoperatorio.Se concluye que la enteroscopía pre e intraoperatoria esel procedimiento de elección en el manejo de las mismas.
