Celiac artery and celiac artery aneurysms common liver. Tactical aspects
Case material consists of two cases of aneurysmsof digestive arteries, one in the common hepaticatery and the other in the ce/iac trunk, treatedthrough two diferent procedures. Both cases were associated to an aberrant hepaticarteryThe paper inc!udes a bib/iographic review of thiscondition and consideration of tactical aspects,fundamental/y with respect to vascular reconstructionof this patho/og. The latter has /ead to muchcontroversy but the authors conclude there is noevidence to prevent vascular reconstruction of ce!iac trunk or the hepatic artery itse/, with regard totheir aneurismatic pathology.
