Mastectomía radical bilateral simultánea por neoplasma bilateral de mama
Resumen:
Mention is made of two cases of simultaneous bilateral cancer of the breast, treated by bilateral radical mastectomy. The procedure followed in bilateral neoplasmsis explained in detail. The advantages far simultaneous practice by two surgical teams and the preference far a horizontal incision, contrary to a verticalone, are indicated, because of the frequent necrosis of the span of skin which, in this case, is left in the center.
Se presentan 2 observaciones de cáncer de mama bilateral simultáneo, tratadas mediante mastectomía radical bilateral. Se definen las indicaciones de dicho procedimiento en los neoplasma.s bilaterales. Se señalan la.s ventajas de su realización simultánea a 2 equipos qu!rürgicos y la preferencia por la incisión horizontal, sobre la vertical, como consecuencia de las frecuentes necrosis del puente de piel que queda en este caso en la línea media.
