Resumen:
The authors describe a case of biliary fistula of unusual location, on the site of an old lumbothomy, probably secondary to an old hepatic traumatism andto a present choledocal obstruction. They describe the treatment through choledoco-duodenostomy, and the evolution of the biliary fistula and of the patient, whodied 18 days later due to an intercurrent disease.
Se presenta un caso de fístula biliar de localización rara, a nivel de una vieja lumbotomía, presumiblemente secundaria a uni traumatismohepático antiguo, y a una obstrucción coledociana actual. Se describe el tratamiento mediante una coledocoduode.nostomía, y la evolución de su fístula biliar, y de la paciente, que fallece a los 18 días, por una afección intercurrente.
