Resumen:
Analysis of three cases of choledocian cysts in Type 1 child, one of which was affected by the conventional triad and were treated by cyst-jejunostomy with diverticular loop. This procedure is simple and has a low rate.Evolution has been good in every case.
Se analizan 3 casos de quistes coledocianos en el niño tipo 1, uno de los cuales presentó la tríada clásica y que fueron tratados mediante la quisto-yeyunostomía con asa diverticular, siendo este procedimiento sencilo y de baja mortalidad.La evolución ha sido buena en todos los casos.
