In connection with six observations, the authors make a reviion of R. Finochietto's interpancreatic choledochotomy for he approach of calculi embedded in his portion of the choledochus, emphasizing its implicity and its excellent results.
A propósito de 6 obsevaciones los autores hacen una revisión de la técnica de coledocotomía interpancreática de R. Finchietto para el abordaje de cálculos enclavados en esa porcion del colédoco destacando su sencillez y excelentes resultados.
